Frequently Asked Questions
Part 1: Business Spotlights and On Site Media
Do you only promote restaurants?
No. While dining and food culture are major parts of my platform, I feature a wide variety of establishments and industries, including hair and nail salons, fitness facilities, clothing boutiques, medical aesthetic practices, Airbnbs, luxury stays, cruises, nightlife venues, and collaborations with fellow digital creators.
My Strict Policy on Authenticity, Ethics, and Editorial Integrity:
I do not participate in fake influencer marketing. Many creators will endorse any business or product simply because a paycheck is attached. I refuse to compromise my integrity, mislead my audience, or promote low quality services for financial gain.
-
The Power of Genuine Endorsement: Audiences today recognize fake, paid endorsements immediately and tune them out. Because my followers know that I only share products and venues I genuinely love, my audience deeply trusts my recommendations. When we collaborate, your business receives authentic, high trust visibility that money alone cannot buy.
-
Selective Promotional Collaborations: For me to publicly feature, shoot, or endorse an establishment on my social media networks, it must genuinely align with my personal taste, high standards, and brand values. Whether it is dining, an aesthetic procedure, a salon service, or a travel destination, I only feature businesses I personally research, use, love, and believe in. I reserve full legal right of refusal to decline any promotional collaboration that does not meet these quality standards.
-
Editorial Control and FTC Compliance: Booking a promotional collaboration covers production execution and media exposure, but does not purchase a manufactured or false endorsement. In accordance with legal regulations and FTC disclosure guidelines, all paid partnerships or sponsored media will be disclosed transparently to maintain full public trust.
-
Universal Branding and Social Media Mentorship: While my promotional endorsements are highly selective, my hands on mentorship, website construction, and digital consulting services are available to business owners across all industries. Whether you are a plumber, attorney, makeup artist, doctor, musician, or contractor, I provide you with the exact strategies, equipment knowledge, and branding systems you need to build your own online presence and scale your business.
I promote what I genuinely love, and I give every other business owner the exact tools they need to build an unstoppable brand.
What is the difference between a Spotlight Feature and an In House Media Collection?
These are two completely distinct service packages designed for two entirely different marketing goals:
-
Spotlight Feature (Public Network Promotion): A Spotlight Feature is a full promotional campaign where I personally visit your establishment, appear on camera, feature your business, and market your brand directly to my loyal audience. Content is produced and published across all official social media platforms affiliated with Nina Unrated Media Brand, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, Meta, Snapchat, Twitch, and any emerging network destinations added in the future. Features include official business tags, location details, phone numbers, and direct booking links to drive maximum public traffic to your business.
-
In House Media Collection (Internal Brand Asset Creation): An In House Media Collection is strictly behind the camera content creation created specifically for your business to use on your own website, marketing materials, or social media channels. I act as your professional visual producer, capturing high quality raw video footage and photos of your venue, products, or team without my personal image or voiceover appearing on camera.
Important Legal, Privacy, Device, and Scope Terms:
-
Raw Content Only (Zero Editing Included): In House Media Collection packages cover live content capture and raw asset handoff only. Standard packages do not include video editing, color correction, photo retouching, or final rendering. Customized editing, promotional Reels, or post production packages require separate service fees.
-
Device Handling and Privacy Safeguards: To protect client privacy and sensitive personal data, clients do not unlock their devices or provide passcodes, PINs, or account credentials. Filming is executed strictly using the native camera tool directly from the lock screen. Nina Unrated Media Brand operates only the camera function and never accesses private files, messages, applications, or personal device data.
-
Device Custody, Hardware, and Data Release: Clients assume full physical, legal, and financial responsibility for their personal production devices. Nina Unrated Media Brand is not liable for pre existing device defects, hardware malfunctions, software glitches, battery degradation, physical drops, screen damage, or data loss occurring during or after filming. Full custody, security, and data management responsibility immediately return to the client the moment their physical device is handed back into their possession.
-
Storage and File Retention: On site media delivery relies on the client maintaining adequate internal device storage. Nina Unrated Media Brand carries zero liability for file archiving, data storage, or file retrieval once raw media has been recorded on the client device or transferred via AirDrop, external drive, or USB.
-
Limited Commercial Usage License: For In House Media Collections, clients receive a non exclusive, non transferable license to publish delivered raw media strictly for their own internal business marketing. Clients may not resell, sub license, distribute to third party advertisers, or monetize raw media assets.
-
Spotlight Network Archive Policy: Published Spotlight Features remain the permanent intellectual property of Nina Unrated Media Brand and remain archived across our media network at our sole creative discretion.
-
Model Releases and On Site Consent: For In House Media Collections, the client establishment assumes full legal responsibility for securing all necessary personal consent and model releases from their staff, contractors, and patrons present during filming.
Can I have the raw footage or working files from a Spotlight Feature?
No. Under federal copyright law, Nina Unrated Media Brand retains sole and exclusive legal copyright, intellectual property ownership, and distribution rights to all raw video footage, photography, audio recordings, and master project files created during a Spotlight Feature session.
A Spotlight Feature package is a specialized promotional service that provides public marketing exposure across our media network. It does not transfer asset ownership, raw camera files, or master media rights to the featured business.
Important Intellectual Property, Likeness, Takedown, and No Refund Terms:
-
Raw Media Assets Policy: Raw unedited footage, unused photo captures, audio tracks, and working project files are proprietary assets and will not be provided, sold, or transferred under any circumstances.
-
Storefront, Logo, Signage, and Apparel Usage Rights: By scheduling a Spotlight Feature, the establishment grants Nina Unrated Media Brand an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to capture, display, and publish the establishment name, logos, storefront, signage, branded apparel, merchandise, and menus across our media network.
-
Adult and Minor Likeness Disclaimers: Any business owner, employee, contractor, patron, or minor brought onto the set or permitted in the filming area by the establishment grants permanent, irrevocable consent for their physical image, voice, clothing, and likeness to be recorded and published. The client establishment assumes full legal responsibility for securing parental consent for any minors present on their premises during production.
-
Aesthetic Preferences and Subjective Satisfaction: Creative decisions including camera angles, lighting, editing style, pacing, and personal appearance are at the sole creative discretion of Nina Unrated Media Brand. Disliking personal appearance, outfit choices, angles, or public audience comments does not constitute a service defect and will not qualify for partial or full refunds, billing credits, or free re shooting.
-
Post Publication Takedown Requests and No Refund Policy: If a client requests the removal or deletion of a published Spotlight Feature due to personal preference, business changes, or public comment reactions, Nina Unrated Media Brand may accommodate the deletion request as a professional courtesy. However, all service fees remain strictly one hundred percent earned and non refundable. Deleting a post does not grant the client raw file access, copyright transfers, or re shooting rights.
-
Approved Sharing Methods: Clients are encouraged to support their feature using native social media sharing tools, including official platform reposts, story shares, collaborator tags, and direct video links pointing to our official channels. Downloading, screen recording, re editing, or re uploading our copyrighted video files to outside channels without express permission is strictly prohibited.
What are the financial, venue, and product requirements for a commercial feature shoot?
To ensure a high quality visual showcase, all featured products, professional services, beauty or aesthetic procedures, menu items, production expenses, and venue logistics must be one hundred percent sponsored and covered by the establishment. For service, beauty, or culinary features, all necessary products and setups must be fully prepared and camera ready upon arrival.
Important Financial, Service, Safety, and Expense Terms:
-
Zero Out of Pocket Expenses: The client establishment assumes complete financial responsibility for all featured products, professional services, aesthetic procedures, food, specialty drinks, sales tax, and service gratuities. In addition, the establishment must provide or fully reimburse on site parking, valet fees, and travel tolls. Nina Unrated Media Brand pays zero out of pocket expenses before, during, or after production.
-
Service Safety, Sanitation, and Health Liability: The establishment guarantees that all facilities, tools, products, aesthetic procedures, and food items strictly comply with professional licensing, sanitation, and health codes. The client establishment assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the safety of all provided services, products, procedures, and consumables. Nina Unrated Media Brand retains zero liability for adverse reactions, infections, physical injuries, or health complications resulting from client provided goods or services, and reserves the right to seek full legal indemnification for any resulting damages or healthcare expenses caused by venue negligence.
-
Dietary and Service Autonomy: Nina Unrated Media Brand retains absolute discretion regarding the physical testing, application, or consumption of any product, service, procedure, food, or beverage. While all provided items will be visually showcased, filmed, and photographed, the creator cannot be required to undergo invasive procedures, consume specific ingredients, or apply products against their personal discretion.
-
Product Presentation and Quality Liability: Media captures reflect the exact service execution, product quality, and presentation provided by the client. Nina Unrated Media Brand is strictly a visual media producer, not a product stylist, and carries zero liability for unsatisfactory results, improper application, or poor presentation created by the establishment staff.
-
Discretionary Takeaway and Ownership of Goods: All sponsored physical products, menu items, beauty products, and material goods provided for the shoot become the immediate property of the production team upon delivery. Nina Unrated Media Brand retains sole discretion to consume, retain, leave behind, or pack away any featured products or food items for takeaway without interference or additional fees.
-
Service Flow and Operational Delays: All featured services, treatments, or products must be delivered in a timely, professional state. Operational delays, equipment failures, or prolonged service gaps count directly toward scheduled production time and do not entitle the venue to free extended filming hours.
Why do you use an iPhone instead of huge cameras and heavy studio lights?
In today’s social media world, smartphones are completely natural, familiar, and non threatening. Large production crews with bulky cinema cameras, heavy tripods, intrusive softboxes, overhead boom mics, and multiple crew members invade your space, create uncomfortable tension, and ruin the natural ambiance of your establishment. Big camera setups make everyday people, customers, and staff feel self conscious, anxious, and stiff on camera.
I intentionally shoot using a high end, fully optimized mobile production setup to give your business maximum creative authenticity and complete legal protection:
-
Human Comfort and Authentic Energy: People are naturally comfortable around mobile phones. A mobile approach removes camera shyness, allowing me to capture natural reactions, unscripted moments, and genuine human energy that staged commercials simply cannot replicate.
-
Elimination of Liability and Trip Hazards: Heavy camera rigs, trailing power cords, and large light stands create significant slip and trip hazards for your paying customers and staff. A lightweight mobile footprint completely eliminates equipment liability on your property.
-
No Commercial Permit Disruptions: Large cinema equipment often triggers strict municipal filming permits, insurance mandates, and venue restrictions. A discreet mobile setup allows us to capture professional four K media without operational interference or regulatory delays.
-
Maximum Mobility and Spontaneity: Without heavy gear locking us into one position, I can move freely throughout your space to capture dynamic angles, fast B roll, and spontaneous moments as they happen live.
-
Relatable High Converting Media: Modern social media audiences skip past rigid, overly staged traditional commercials. Authentic, mobile captured content builds immediate trust, relatability, and engagement with online viewers.
Production Style Disclaimers:
Our production style is strictly centered on capturing organic, candid, and authentic establishment atmosphere. We do not provide staged, heavily rehearsed Hollywood cinematic productions. Background patrons and staff captured during ambient location filming are subject to general public location standards, and the establishment remains responsible for managing local guest notices as outlined in our venue terms.
Why do you ask to turn down background music while filming?
Commercial music, live performances, and broadcast audio trigger automated copyright detection systems across all social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and emerging networks. These automatic digital flags can cause promotional videos to be muted, restricted, demonetized, or removed entirely. Temporarily pausing or lowering background audio during speaking segments ensures your promotional content remains clean, audible, and live permanently.
Important Environmental, Audio, and Music Licensing Terms:
-
Establishment Responsibility: Controlling interior background noise, loud overhead speakers, live DJs, televisions, radios, and ambient music is strictly the responsibility of the client establishment.
-
Refusal or Failure to Adjust Audio: If an establishment owner, manager, or staff member refuses or fails to lower background music or turn off televisions during filming, production will proceed as scheduled. Full service fees remain completely earned and non refundable, and Nina Unrated Media Brand carries zero liability for compromised audio clarity, platform mutes, or copyright flags resulting from unadjusted venue audio.
-
Environmental Ambient Noise: Natural location acoustics, outdoor traffic, building machinery, HVAC systems, and public environment sounds are inherent factors of on site production. Unavoidable location noise does not constitute a service defect or qualify for free re shooting.
-
Client Supplied Audio and Music Liability: If a client requests or supplies specific music tracks, sound effects, voiceovers, or audio files to be included in their content, the client guarantees they hold full legal ownership or proper commercial licensing for those assets. The client assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any copyright claims, takedown notices, or legal disputes arising from client supplied media.
-
Third Party Platform Copyright Shield: Social media copyright rules, platform algorithm updates, and automated digital muting systems are governed entirely by third party tech companies and remain strictly outside our control.
-
Re Shoot Policy: Audio mutes, copyright notifications, platform restrictions, or environmental noise issues do not entitle the client to full or partial refunds, billing credits, or free re shooting sessions.
What platforms will my business be featured on and how are posts shared?
Unlike standard content creators who charge premium rates for a single post on a single social media page, Nina Unrated Media Brand maximizes your reach by distributing your content across my entire active multi platform network at zero additional charge.
Promotional content is cross distributed across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, X, and any emerging social media platforms or media channels added to my network in the future. I maximize your exposure by turning our production session into multiple short form videos, feed posts, channel Shorts, video Reels, and YouTube Community updates to give your business maximum online visibility.
How Content is Shared and Tagged:
Where platform features allow, I invite your official accounts as a post collaborator, tag your business handles, and include key contact details such as your business name, physical location, phone number, website, or booking link directly in descriptions so potential customers can connect with you immediately.
Important Distribution Terms and Viral Public Sharing:
-
Story Expiration: Ephemeral story formats, including Snapchat Stories, Instagram Stories, and Facebook Stories, expire automatically after twenty four hours per native platform functionality.
-
Platform Collaboration Eligibility: Account tagging, location tags, and official collaborator status depend strictly on the client maintaining active, public, and unrestricted social media accounts. Nina Unrated Media Brand is not liable for missing tags or disabled feature capabilities caused by client account settings or platform restrictions.
-
Viral Public Redistribution: Once content is published online, public sharing, downloading, screenshots, video stitching, third party reposting, blogging, and audience resharing are standard internet actions. Nina Unrated Media Brand has zero control over third party resharing, outside website features, or public audience reactions, and carries zero legal liability for how internet users or external media outlets syndicate, repost, or comment on public content.
-
Network Rights and Future Platforms: Nina Unrated Media Brand reserves full creative discretion to select posting formats, release schedules, and network destinations, including expanding syndication to any future digital platforms without requiring contract updates.
Do you guarantee specific view counts or sales results?
No. Nina Unrated Media Brand offers no promises, expressed or implied warranties, or assurances regarding view counts, viral exposure, algorithm performance, audience engagement, customer inquiries, or sales revenue.
Social media algorithms, platform distribution rules, and viewer actions are controlled exclusively by independent third party tech platforms and are subject to real time changes beyond our control. Additionally, converting public media exposure into foot traffic or paying clients depends entirely on the client business model, customer service, pricing structure, and product quality.
Under no circumstances will lower than expected view counts, algorithm fluctuations, audience engagement levels, or lack of direct sales revenue entitle a client to full or partial refunds, billing adjustments, or free additional filming sessions.
Our scope of service is strictly defined as delivering independent creative effort, high quality mobile production execution, and professional business conduct. Every project is approached with maximum creative care, dedication, respect, and positive energy, but final public reach and commercial outcomes remain entirely without warranty.
Will your filming interfere with my operating hours or guests?
My production footprint is small, mobile, and discreet, designed to blend into your daily operations. To ensure your promotional content is clean, high quality, and protected from online copyright issues, we coordinate a quick and smooth production plan:
-
Strategic Timing: Live speaking promotions are best filmed during your establishment's slower hours or during a quiet window. This ensures crisp, clear audio without heavy background noise. (If you prefer filming during peak hours to capture busy atmosphere and crowd energy, we can easily capture visual B roll and overlay voiceovers instead).
-
Background Music Adjustments: During speaking segments, background music must be paused or turned down very low. Commercial music triggers automatic copyright flags on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, which can cause your promotional video to be muted or blocked. Music can be turned right back up the moment speaking segments wrap.
-
Visual B Roll and Product Shots: Background music levels do not affect visual B roll, product close ups, master shots, or general venue atmosphere filming.
-
Designated Filming Area: We work with your management to choose a well lit, low traffic area within your establishment that keeps walkways open and guests comfortable.
-
Dim Lighting Adjustments: In dimly lit venues like lounges or bars, temporary light adjustments or small LED fill lights may be used so your products look sharp and vibrant in 4K.
-
Guest Privacy and Location Notice: The establishment is responsible for managing guest privacy preferences and posting standard filming notices if required. Guests who prefer not to appear in background shots should be seated outside the primary filming area.
-
Staff Readiness and Safety: An authorized owner, manager, or point of contact must be present during the shoot to coordinate details. All back of house B roll filming strictly respects establishment safety, health, and operational rules.
How fast will I receive content or see my posts go live?
Turnaround times depend strictly on the service package booked and device compatibility:
-
In House Cell Phone Footage on Client Device: If I film directly using your personal mobile device during our shoot, delivery is instant and you walk away with zero wait time. Clients must ensure their device has adequate available storage space prior to filming.
-
In House Media Collection for Client Use: If I film using my production gear for your internal business use, AirDrop transfer on site is strictly subject to your device having sufficient storage capacity. If your device lacks available memory or file sizes require studio offloading, footage will be transferred to a drive at my studio, adding 24 to 72 hours to delivery. Clients requesting physical transfers must provide an empty compatible external drive or pay a media transfer fee.
-
Spotlight Feature Posts: For promotional media created for my network, standard turnaround is 24 to 72 hours from the completion of filming until posts go live. A 12 Hour VIP Rush Delivery option is available for time sensitive grand openings or live events.
-
Turnkey YouTube Channel and Website Builds: Custom channel and website builds take 7 to 21 business days.
Important Terms for Custom Channel and Website Builds:
The 7 to 21 business day delivery window begins only after you have provided 100 percent of all required setup materials, including channel name, about description, branding preferences, logos, photos, and necessary login access.
Custom builds include one free round of minor revisions. Major design overhauls or additional revision rounds will extend the delivery timeline and require additional service fees.
To maintain production momentum, clients must submit all required setup assets within 30 days of booking. Failure to provide complete materials within 30 days will place the project on official hold status, and resuming production will require a project reactivation fee with zero cash refunds.
Part 2: 1 on 1 Mentorship, Equipment and Starter Kits
Can we do mentorship sessions over the phone or online?
Yes. High level branding, digital marketing, website development consulting, and social media mentorship sessions are available globally via direct phone call or face to face video call through Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp based on your personal preference.
The High Impact Value of Virtual Mentorship:
Virtual consulting gives you direct, unfiltered access to proven social media systems and brand strategy from anywhere in the world without travel overhead or delays. Through live face to face video calls, we conduct real time audits of your social media profiles, walk through your own Frequently Asked Questions about branding and growth, evaluate your website structure, refine your content strategy, and answer your exact business questions on the spot. You receive personalized, step by step strategic clarity tailored specifically to your establishment or personal brand. While virtual consulting provides fast, powerful strategic direction, clients seeking physical iPhone camera rigging, live lighting practice, and hands on on site filming techniques are encouraged to book an In Person Mentorship session.
Important Booking, Technical, Environmental, and Intellectual Property Terms:
-
Client Technical and Environmental Readiness: Clients are strictly responsible for securing a stable internet connection, strong cellular signal, fully charged device, and a quiet, professional, distraction free environment prior to the call start time. Joining calls while driving, in loud public spaces, or over unstable connections compromises session quality. Technical disruptions or background noise on the client end count directly toward scheduled session time and do not qualify for refunds or make up calls.
-
Single Participant Session Boundary: Virtual mentorship fees cover consulting for the registered client only. Bringing unauthorized third parties into the call to receive unpaid group coaching is strictly prohibited unless pre approved in writing.
-
Punctuality and Late Arrival Policy: Scheduled sessions begin and end strictly at the confirmed booking times. If a client joins late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and missed minutes will not be extended, credited, or refunded.
-
Strict Email Only Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule a virtual session without forfeiting your booking fee, clients must provide at least twenty four hours advance written notice strictly via official business email. Direct messages on social media, text messages, or informal comments are not recognized as official notice.
-
No Show and Fee Forfeiture Policy: Unexcused absences, failing to join within fifteen minutes of the start time, or failing to provide twenty four hours written email notice constitutes an immediate no show. No show sessions are strictly non refundable and result in total fee forfeiture.
-
Proprietary Content, Privacy, and Zero Recording Terms: All mentorship frameworks, branding systems, website concepts, and strategic advice shared during calls remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nina Unrated Media Brand. Screen recording, audio taping, filming, or publicly distributing virtual sessions without express written consent is strictly prohibited by law.
-
Disclaimer of Guarantees: Mentorship provides professional marketing tools, strategic instruction, and branding guidance. Individual revenue growth, viral reach, and audience conversion depend entirely on client execution, consistency, market demand, and third party platform algorithms.
Do you offer in person mentorship sessions?
Yes! While we can cover strategy, channel setup, and digital tools over Zoom, FaceTime, or phone calls, hands on, in person mentorship is what I highly recommend for the best and fastest learning experience.
Creating great content is physical. Virtual calls simply cannot match having an experienced mentor standing right next to you. In person training allows us to do what online calls can't:
-
Instant Form & Angle Correction: I can observe your exact hand placement, camera movement, and posture in real time, making instant adjustments so you build great shooting muscle memory from day one.
-
Mastering Real World Lighting & Spaces: We walk your actual location together so you can learn how to read a room, spot harsh shadows, find natural light sources, and position subjects for crisp, cinematic shots.
-
Overcoming Public Filming Anxiety: Filming in front of customers or in crowded spaces can be intimidating. Having me on set gives you instant confidence and teaches you how to navigate live environments professionally.
-
Frictionless Equipment Setup: Instead of struggling with gear over a screen, I physically show you how to pair wireless microphones, adjust tripods, set up lighting, and optimize your iPhone settings on the spot.
-
Side by Side Editing Coaching: I can look directly at your screen while you edit, guiding your exact cuts, B roll timing, and audio overlays so you learn how to tell a powerful story effortlessly.
If you want to skip months of trial and error and master mobile content creation immediately, an in person session provides the ultimate transformation.
Note: In person mentorship availability is limited and carries a higher rate to account for dedicated travel time and schedule locks.
Can you train my staff or run a group training session?
Yes. I offer high impact, hands on group workshops designed to transform your existing staff into an unstoppable in house content creation team. Instead of relying on outside marketing agencies, training your entire team turns your employees into active visual creators who shoot, edit, and publish high quality mobile media to keep your brand visible and growing daily.
The Massive Business Value of Group Training:
-
Multiplying Your Reach: Training your staff creates a collaborative unit where employees feed off each other’s ideas, refine their angles, and scale your business faster than any single creator ever could.
-
Cost Effective In House Scaling: Building an in house content engine saves your establishment thousands of dollars in long term marketing costs while building authentic, behind the scenes exposure for your venue.
-
Knowledge Transfer and Refreshers: Once your core team is trained, they can pass foundational skills forward. For new hires or evolving platforms, ongoing refresher courses are available to keep your team at peak performance.
Tiered Investment, Booking, Venue, and Corporate Legal Terms:
-
Tiered Flat Rate Package Pricing: Group workshops are structured into standardized flat rate packages based on maximum group capacity during a focused two hour session. Tier One covers up to five participants for one thousand dollars. Tier Two covers six to ten participants for two thousand dollars. Group rates are fixed packages; if fewer employees attend than the contracted capacity limit, no partial refunds, rate reductions, or billing credits will be issued.
-
Strict Capacity Caps: Workshop capacity limits are strictly enforced. Additional uncontracted staff members will not be permitted into the training area without upgrading to the next workshop package tier prior to the session start.
-
Trade Secret Protection and Non Commercialization: All training structures, camera techniques, workflow systems, audio settings, and editing frameworks taught during mentorship sessions constitute protected trade secrets and proprietary intellectual property of Nina Unrated Media Brand. Completion of a workshop grants attendees a limited license to create content for the client establishment only. It does not grant participants or business owners the right to teach, certify, package, resell, or commercialize the curriculum to third parties.
-
Strict Anti Recording and Confidentiality Enforcement: To protect proprietary training methodologies, live audio recording, video taping, screen recording, or voice note capturing during mentorship sessions is strictly prohibited. Any participant caught recording the workshop will cause immediate termination of the session without refund, and unauthorized media captures will be subject to legal enforcement under intellectual property laws.
-
Instructor Ejection Rights and Professional Conduct: Nina Unrated Media Brand reserves the sole right to immediately eject any workshop participant who exhibits disruptive behavior, refuses to comply with device protocols, or attempts unauthorized recording. Ejection of individual attendees does not entitle the client establishment to fee adjustments, partial refunds, or make up sessions.
-
No Free Make Up Sessions for Missing Staff: Attendees who miss all or part of a scheduled workshop forfeit their training. Nina Unrated Media Brand will not return to conduct individual catch up sessions or make up classes for absent employees. Retraining missing personnel or training new hires requires a separate booking and a brand new contract.
-
Strict Bring Your Own Device Policy: Nina Unrated Media Brand provides elite instruction and curriculum materials, but does not supply hardware or devices. Every participant must arrive equipped with their own personal, fully charged, compatible iPhone, iPad, or laptop, adequate internal storage space, and pre installed editing software as requested prior to class.
-
Client Provided Venue Requirements: The client establishment is strictly responsible for securing and providing an appropriate, quiet, well lit, private training location, such as an office space, conference room, or closed venue area equipped with adequate seating and power access. Venue details must be submitted and approved at least forty eight hours prior to production.
-
Curriculum Materials and Note Taking: All digital workbooks, training PDFs, slide decks, and instructional frameworks provided during the course are the exclusive copyrighted intellectual property of Nina Unrated Media Brand. Materials are licensed solely to attending participants for internal reference and may not be copied, shared across unauthorized business branches, or redistributed publicly. While a comprehensive digital PDF review guide is provided following the class, participants must bring their own digital or physical note taking tools.
Can you tell me what equipment kit you use for mobile filming?
Yes. I am happy to share direct links to the exact mobile filming gear, lighting, battery packs, and wireless audio equipment I use daily. My custom setup is designed as an ultra portable, carry on friendly grab and go kit that fits into a single small backpack or travel tote, eliminating the need for heavy camera cases or bulky bags.
The Power and Freedom of a Grab and Go Kit:
-
Ultimate Mobility: Everything in my kit is compact, lightweight, and TSA friendly, making it effortless to carry onto flights, bring into tight venue spaces, or shoot on location without extra baggage fees.
-
Instant Readiness: Having your lighting, audio, wireless receivers, and power banks organized in one dedicated bag ensures you can grab your kit and start shooting professional content at a moment’s notice.
Important Amazon Affiliate, Link Usage, and Complete Legal Release Terms:
-
Convenience Links and Total Buyer Freedom: Direct equipment links and Amazon storefront recommendations are provided strictly as a convenience and visual reference. Clients are under zero obligation to use provided links and are entirely free to conduct their own independent product searches, compare alternative brands, or purchase from any third party retailer of their choice.
-
Complete Release of Retailer Liability: Nina Unrated Media Brand operates strictly as an independent content creator and affiliate referee. We are not the manufacturer, merchant, distributor, or seller of any recommended items. We carry zero legal responsibility, financial liability, or administrative role regarding product quality, hardware defects, shipping delays, damaged goods, or battery life.
-
Merchant Handling and Warranty Claims: All customer service inquiries, order tracking, product returns, exchanges, pricing adjustments, and warranty claims must be directed exclusively to Amazon or the specific third party seller. Nina Unrated Media Brand does not handle customer service or dispute resolution for third party purchases.
-
Official FTC Affiliate Commission Disclosure: In full compliance with Federal Trade Commission guidelines, please note that provided equipment links may be Amazon affiliate links. If you choose to purchase through these links, Nina Unrated Media Brand may receive a small referral commission from Amazon at absolutely no extra cost to you.
I am a total beginner. Can I still book a mentorship session?
Every mentorship client goes through the exact same structured, step by step curriculum, starting from absolute basic branding fundamentals all the way to advanced social media growth strategies. I teach a complete, non negotiable end to end system to ensure no critical branding, technical, algorithmic, or production gaps are missed.
The Massive Value of Following the Complete System:
-
Sharpening Your Foundational Skills: Even if you feel experienced in a specific area, going through the program step by step is essential for long term success. Digital marketing changes rapidly, so revisiting core concepts allows you to refresh your mind, fix hidden content mistakes, and elevate your quality. There is always room for improvement, and skipping foundational steps creates weak content strategies.
-
Mastering Technical and Visual Standards: Following the full process ensures you learn correct lighting setups, crisp audio captures, iPhone camera settings, visual angles, and editing workflows designed to give your content a clean, professional finish.
Important Legal Terms, Disclaimers, and Personal Execution Responsibilities:
-
No Guaranteed Results or Audience Growth: Nina Unrated Media Brand provides the exact blueprints, platform strategies, and technical systems utilized over a decade of hands on industry experience, including managing verified platforms, earning official YouTube certifications, and receiving the prestigious YouTube Silver Play Button for reaching over one hundred thousand subscribers. However, specific follower growth, viral reach, view counts, or monetary earnings are never guaranteed.
-
Client Work Ethic and Creative Responsibility: Individual creator success depends entirely on personal execution, consistency, niche market demand, audio clarity, lighting effort, and editing quality. Nina Unrated Media Brand provides elite strategic tools and expert guidance, but the client is solely responsible for putting in the physical work and executing the material.
-
Curriculum Adherence and No Refund Policy: Mentorship sessions follow a strict, structured agenda. All consultation and mentorship fees are strictly non refundable once booked. Clients who choose not to apply the provided material or who fail to follow the step by step instruction assume total responsibility for their outcomes and are not entitled to fee adjustments, credits, or refunds.
Do I need expensive cameras or studio equipment to learn from you?
No! You can start on day one with just your iPhone. My mentorship focuses on core production techniques like framing, angles, natural lighting, and storytelling that don't require fancy studio setups.
However, as your content production grows, you will eventually want to build out a small, affordable starter kit to upgrade your audio, lighting, and stability.
What you need to start:
-
Your iPhone: I recommend an iPhone with ample storage space (preferably 512GB or ideally 1TB). High quality video eats up memory quickly, so having higher capacity ensures your phone won't run out of storage mid vlog or freeze while editing.
Starter kit items to add over time:
-
Microphones: Audio is critical a simple wireless mic makes a massive difference in noisy or crowded environments.
-
Tripod: Either a tabletop or full size three legged tripod to keep your shots steady.
-
Compact Lighting: Portable LED lights or ring lights (though natural window light works great when starting out).
-
Power Essentials: An extended portable battery pack and extra charging cables so your phone never dies on set.
-
Storage Options: A direct connect USB drive or external hard drive to offload older footage and protect your files.
You don't need to buy all of this at once. You can build your kit piece by piece as you grow, and I will help guide you on exactly what gear to get for your specific budget.
What makes your mentorship different from other coaches?
My mentorship is built on genuine passion, real world experience, and a relentless drive to empower individuals to take total control over their personal brands. I do not teach theoretical marketing talk or sell generic, cookie cutter templates. I share proven, hands on systems backed by over fifteen years of building multi channel digital brands, earning official YouTube certifications, and winning three separate YouTube Silver Play Button Awards.
The Power of Passion, Empowerment, and Accessibility:
-
Driven by True Heart and Purpose: Teaching and passing knowledge forward is my absolute passion. I know firsthand what it feels like to need that extra guidance, strategic push, and belief when no one else is around to help. Helping motivated individuals build confidence, master technical skills, and work toward personal independence is what truly drives me every single day.

Important Production Requirements, Technical Protocols, and Legal Terms:

Mandatory Photo Asset Submission and Image Quality Limits: Banner and avatar production cannot begin until the client submits a minimum of ten high resolution photos. Final graphic quality depends entirely on the source material provided. Nina Unrated Media Brand carries zero liability for visual distortion, pixelation, or poor final graphic appearance resulting from low quality, dark, blurry, foggy, or improperly shot client photos.
-
Strict Copy and Paste Data Accuracy Policy: All channel names, social media handles, website links, descriptions, and branding copy must be provided in writing. To ensure complete accuracy, all client provided text and URL links are copied and pasted directly into the YouTube backend. The client assumes full responsibility for any typos, spelling errors, or broken web links present in their submitted documentation.
-
Revision Limits and Design Direction: Graphic setup includes one complimentary revision round. Clients must submit all exact brand colors, preferred fonts, specific text wording, and design notes prior to initial graphic creation. Additional design revisions beyond the included single round require extra production fees.
-
Live Setup Availability and Security Credentials: Clients must be actively available via phone or messaging during the backend build session to input sensitive security verification codes or phone confirmations. Nina Unrated Media Brand does not request, store, or manage client private personal passwords or confidential account recovery details.
-
Zero Content Deliverable Definition: A Turnkey YouTube Channel Setup provides structural, visual, and backend optimization only. Handed over channels contain zero pre uploaded long form videos, zero YouTube Shorts, zero community posts, and zero subscribers. Filming, video editing, thumbnail design, and uploading are separate services not included in basic channel builds.
-
Public Reaction, Comment, and Engagement Disclaimer: Nina Unrated Media Brand holds zero liability or responsibility for public internet reactions, viewer comments, audience engagement, subscriber growth, or third party behavior on client channels. YouTube channels do not run automatically; ongoing channel maintenance, video creation, Shorts creation, community posts, and audience moderation are the exclusive responsibility of the client.
-
Independent YouTube Monetization Policy Disclaimer: Turnkey setup prepares your channel backend properly, but does not guarantee account monetization or AdSense approval. Monetization criteria, watch hour requirements, subscriber thresholds, and partner policies are set, modified, and governed exclusively by YouTube. Clients are solely responsible for adhering to platform policies and meeting official eligibility standards.
-
Collaboration Discretion and Client Execution: Turnkey setup does not include guaranteed video collaborations, shoutouts, or brand cross promotions on Nina Unrated Media Brand channels. Long term success depends entirely on client output, posting consistency, content quality, and execution effort.
Part 3: Booking, Rates, Travel and Business Policies
How do I book a shoot or mentorship session with you?
All mentorships, group workshops, and production shoots begin with an initial thirty minute strategy consultation. Booking a consultation ensures we evaluate your specific goals, assess your project needs, determine mutual brand fit, and select the exact package required for your success before locking in dates on the master calendar.
The Strategy Consultation Process:
-
Step One, Schedule Your Thirty Minute Call: Click any booking button on this site to select your thirty minute strategy call. The consultation fee is eighty five dollars and must be paid in full at the time of scheduling.
-
Step Two, Choose Your Preferred Communication Method: Strategy calls are conducted virtually via Phone Call, FaceTime, Zoom, or WhatsApp, depending on your location and convenience.
-
Step Three, Goal Evaluation and Strategic Alignment: During our thirty minutes together, we review your digital presence, outline your content goals, assess technical requirements, and determine if my custom mentorship or production services align with your vision.
-
Step Four, Custom Package Selection and Date Confirmation: If we agree that the project is a mutual fit, we select your official service tier and lock in your agreed upon dates and time slots on the master production schedule.
Mandatory Preparation Requirements and Client Responsibilities:
-
Required Preparation and Written Question List: To maximize your thirty minute session, clients must arrive fully prepared. You are required to have a written list of specific questions, target goals, social media account links, and brand objectives ready prior to the start of the call.
-
Preparedness Impact on Call Time: Strategy calls begin promptly at the scheduled time. If a client arrives unprepared or without clear goals, consultation time will be spent defining basic concepts, and the session will still end strictly at the thirty minute mark.
Important Booking Terms, Boundaries, and Consultation Policies:
-
No Guarantee of Future Booking or Acceptance: Booking and completing an eighty five dollar strategy consultation does not guarantee acceptance into a mentorship program, group workshop, or video production shoot. Consultation fees cover professional evaluation and advice only.
-
Strict Non Refundable Service Fee Policy: The eighty five dollar consultation fee covers thirty minutes of direct, expert evaluation, strategic planning, and professional advice. Consultation fees are strictly non refundable once booked, regardless of whether either party decides to proceed with a full contract.
-
Strict Thirty Minute Hard Stop: Sessions strictly conclude at the thirty minute mark to respect production and coaching calendars. Unused minutes are non transferable, and calls cannot be extended on the spot without booking a new session.
-
No Unsolicited Follow Up Advice or Messaging: The consultation fee applies strictly to the live thirty minute strategy session. It does not include post call text coaching, audio voice notes, direct messaging advice, or ongoing email consultation.
-
Punctuality and No Show Policy: Clients are required to be available at the exact scheduled appointment time via the chosen platform. If a client fails to attend the call or is more than ten minutes late, the session is forfeited without refund or time extensions.
-
Rescheduling Requirements: Consultation appointments may be rescheduled one time only, provided written notice is submitted at least twenty four hours prior to the scheduled session time.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept secure online credit and debit card payments directly through my official website checkout system, as well as direct electronic payments via Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo.
Streamlined Payment Experience:
-
Multiple Convenient Digital Options: You can choose whichever approved digital payment platform is most convenient for you during checkout or invoice settlement.
-
Instant Confirmation and Calendar Reservation: Once your payment fully clears, your consultation, mentorship session, or production shoot date is immediately confirmed and locked into the master calendar.
Important Payment Terms, Third Party Disclaimers, and Refund Delivery Policies:
-
Independent Third Party Financial Platform Immunity: Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and credit card processing systems operate strictly as independent third party financial services. Nina Unrated Media Brand carries zero liability for third party app glitches, daily bank transfer limits, account holds, card declines, or processing delays imposed by your personal financial institution.
-
Client Responsibility for Bank Fees and Charges: Clients are strictly responsible for complying with the terms, conditions, transfer limits, and transaction fees established by their own banks or chosen payment apps. Any third party processing fees or transfer costs are the sole responsibility of the client.
-
Payment Clearance Required Prior to Service or Filming: Services, consultation calls, and production shoots will not commence, nor will calendar dates be held, until full payment or required balances have completely cleared. For on location filming shoots, any remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival before filming begins.
-
Prohibition of Unlawful Chargebacks and Disputes: All fees paid for completed strategy calls, digital products, and delivered services are final. Initiating fraudulent credit card chargebacks or false payment disputes with your bank for services already rendered is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate collections action and legal reporting.
-
Standardized Refund Delivery Method and Processing Window: In the rare event that a refund is officially approved under our contractual terms, the refund will be issued using the exact same payment method utilized during the original transaction. If the original payment method is unavailable or cannot receive funds, the approved refund will be issued via official company check sent by mail within seven to twenty one business days.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Do I have to pay upfront for mentorship or video shoots?
A: Yes. All virtual mentorship sessions, strategy consultation calls, and digital setups require full payment at the time of booking. For live production shoots and content creation days, a fifty percent initial deposit is required at booking to lock your date on the master calendar.
How the Fifty Percent Deposit and Payment Rules Work:
-
Non Refundable Deposit: The initial fifty percent deposit secures your reserved date, locks out other clients, and covers prep work. All initial deposits are strictly non refundable.
-
Remaining Balance Due Upon Arrival: For on location filming shoots, the remaining fifty percent balance must be paid in full and cleared immediately upon arrival on site, before any equipment is unpacked or filming begins.
-
Rescheduling Policy: If you need to change your shoot or mentorship date, you must provide written notice at least forty eight hours prior to your session. Your deposit will be applied toward a one time rescheduled date within sixty days. Cancellations made with less than forty eight hours notice forfeit the deposit completely.
What is the YouTube Channel Spotlight 30 Day 24/7 Rotation?
The YouTube Channel Spotlight 30 Day 24/7 Rotation is a high exposure digital billboard advertising package featured across my YouTube channel network. Just like a digital highway billboard that continuously rotates advertisements for different local businesses, your promotional video runs continuously in a non stop broadcast loop, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, for thirty full days.
Strategic Network Placement and Niche Matching:
My media network includes multiple distinct platforms including Nina Unrated, Nina Unrated Eats, Nina Unrated Vlogs, and Unrated EX Files. To protect viewer engagement and deliver maximum advertising value, featured media is assigned strictly to the channel that best matches your target market. For example, restaurant features are placed on food focused channels, while beauty salons, boutiques, and lifestyle brands are routed to vlog and lifestyle channels.
Ad Length Specifications and Flat Rate Network Pricing:
-
Promotional Video Length Limits: Individual video advertisements within the continuous broadcast rotation must be a minimum of thirty seconds and a maximum of three minutes long. Submitting video clips outside these time specifications is not permitted to ensure fair rotation timing for all advertisers.
-
Uniform Flat Rate Network Pricing: Package pricing remains a fixed flat rate across all network channels regardless of subscriber counts, follower metrics, or channel sizes. Placement is determined by audience relevance rather than subscriber volume, and subscriber variations between channels do not entitle advertisers to discounted rates or price modifications.
Billing Cycles, Late Additions, and Monthly Term Rules:
-
Standard First of the Month Cycle: Rotation slots run on a standard monthly schedule beginning on the first day of every calendar month. To maintain continuous placement for another month, renewal payments must be submitted prior to the first of the upcoming month.
-
Late Mid Month Sign Ups and Flat Monthly Rates: If a client insists on being added mid month after the official cycle has started, the client remains responsible for paying the full standard thirty day rotation package fee. Mid month placements run through the final day of that active monthly block without prorated discounts or partial rate reductions.
-
Calendar Month Term Standard: A full monthly rotation term covers one calendar month as defined by the official calendar year. Standard monthly package pricing applies uniformly regardless of month length variations, including twenty eight day terms during February.
Important Technical Rules, Live Chat Terms, and Early Removal Protocols:
-
Written Early Removal Protocol and Seventy Two Hour Window: If an advertising client requests early removal from the active rotation prior to the end of their term, a formal request must be submitted in writing via official email. To accommodate production workflows and administrative schedules, removal will be executed within seventy two hours of the email being opened and acknowledged. Early removal requests do not entitle the client to full partial or prorated refunds, and unused days are completely forfeited.
-
Public Live Chat Immunity and Viewer Commentary Release: Continuous live streams include a public live chat feature accessible to internet viewers worldwide. Nina Unrated Media Brand holds zero liability or responsibility for viewer comments, public chat opinions, internet trolling, spam, or third party user behavior occurring within the live chat box.
-
Technical Interruption and Fair Make Up Time Policy: Live streaming requires third party software, internet connectivity, and YouTube platform servers. Nina Unrated Media Brand is not liable for temporary stream disruptions, Wi Fi drops, power outages, or platform technical glitches. If a technical issue drops the stream for an extended period, the exact amount of lost broadcast time will be added directly onto the end of your term, ensuring you receive your full broadcast visibility.
-
Scheduled Stream Restarts and Maintenance: Periodic stream restarts, system updates, and server refreshes are necessary to maintain stream quality. Brief operational restarts fall within normal service parameters and do not count as lost broadcast time.
-
No Guarantee of Viewer Traffic or Sales: While your advertisement runs continuously, live viewership fluctuates naturally based on platform traffic, algorithms, and time of day. Placement provides round the clock advertising exposure, but Nina Unrated Media Brand makes zero guarantees regarding specific live view counts, sales conversions, website clicks, or customer acquisition.
-
Non Exclusive Shared Rotation Terms: Unless an exclusive single sponsor agreement is secured in writing, featured placements are shared within a multi business advertising montage. Nina Unrated Media Brand maintains sole discretion over stream ordering, montage transitions, and non competing business selections.
-
Platform Policy Compliance: All submitted video media, promotional clips, and business links must comply fully with YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Nina Unrated Media Brand reserves the right to remove any promotional media that violates platform standards without refund.
What is the Ready to Post AI Caption and Engagement Engine?
The Ready to Post AI Caption and Engagement Engine is a monthly copywriting and strategy service that provides local businesses with a complete digital library of custom social media captions, algorithmic hashtag clusters, and sales driving call to action prompts. Designed to eliminate daily writer block, this service gives you a full month of ready to post captions tailored directly to your specific products, services, or menu items.
How the Custom Caption Service Works:
-
Custom Quantity Tiers: Depending on your selected package tier, you receive between fifteen and thirty or up to fifty custom prewritten captions delivered directly to your registered email address in an easy copy and paste format.
-
Detailed Client Intake Requirement: To generate accurate and engaging copy, clients must submit comprehensive product details in writing prior to production. For example, restaurant clients promoting a specific sushi roll must provide full dish names, primary ingredients, unique flavor profiles, pricing, and promotional goals.
-
Flexible Daily Posting Engine: Content batches are structured so you can select and pair the best caption option with your daily photos, Reels, or TikTok uploads, ensuring your social media pages remain active every day of the month.
Strict Revision Limits, Post Delivery Immunity, and Client Execution Rules:
-
Single Included Revision Round: Deliverables include one single complimentary revision round. If the initial batch of captions requires adjustments, the client must submit all updated business information, specific edits, and clarified promotional notes in a single written request. Once the revised batch is delivered, the project is officially completed. Additional revision requests require separate production fees.
-
Strict Non Account Management and No System Access Policy: The Ready to Post AI Caption Engine is strictly a digital copywriting asset service delivered via email. Nina Unrated Media Brand does not log into client social media accounts, schedule posts, manage social feeds, add links to external websites, or feature client assets on official brand channels. The client carries full responsibility for copying, pasting, and publishing the text onto their own platforms.
-
Complete Immunity for Public Reactions Comments and Responses: Once the caption file is emailed, Nina Unrated Media Brand holds zero liability or responsibility for public reactions, customer comments, audience feedback, internet engagement, or social media responses resulting from the published copy. The client assumes total responsibility for all content posted to their personal or commercial channels.
-
AI Generated Copywriting Disclosure: Captions, hashtag clusters, and promotional prompts provided in this engine are created utilizing advanced artificial intelligence software systems optimized for digital marketing. By purchasing this service, clients acknowledge and accept the AI generated nature of the content deliverables.
-
Client Responsibility for Accuracy and Allergen Disclaimers: Nina Unrated Media Brand creates copy based strictly on information submitted by the client. The client assumes total responsibility for verifying factual accuracy, dish ingredients, dietary notices, allergen disclaimers, special offer details, and pricing prior to posting.
-
No Guarantee of Sales or Algorithmic Reach: While captions are engineered with strong call to action prompts and targeted local hashtag strategies, social media performance depends heavily on visual media quality, account authority, and posting consistency. Nina Unrated Media Brand makes zero guarantees regarding specific follower growth, post engagement rates, website clicks, or direct sales revenue.
-
Digital Asset Delivery and Non Refundable Service Fee: All caption batches are delivered electronically via email. Due to the custom digital nature of written strategy assets, all sales are final once content generation has commenced or deliverables have been emailed to the client.
Do you travel for business spotlights or content shoots?
Yes. I travel nationwide and internationally for premium brand spotlights, on location content creation days, and direct client mentorship sessions. Bringing an experienced creator and media consultant directly to your physical establishment offers unmatched marketing value, including live directional oversight, real time brand positioning, high energy local filming, and hands on technical optimization at your venue.
Upfront Travel Funding and Full Expense Coverage Policy: For all out of town, out of state, or international bookings, the client is strictly responsible for covering one hundred percent of all travel, lodging, meal, and transit expenses in full. Travel expenses are billed separately and are completely additional to standard production, consulting, and filming fees. All estimated travel expenses must be paid in full to Nina Unrated Media Brand prior to any travel bookings being executed. Travel arrangements will not be purchased, and calendar dates will not be locked until full travel funds have completely cleared.
Mandatory Travel Accommodations, Flight Standards, and Non Stop Flight Policy:
-
Strict Non Stop Direct Flight Requirement: Air travel must consist strictly of direct non stop flights. Layovers, connecting flights, and multi city transfers are strictly prohibited to prevent missed connections, luggage loss, travel fatigue, and hub airport delays.
-
Approved Major Airline Carriers: Air travel must be booked exclusively through major reputable commercial airlines such as Delta Air Lines or American Airlines in standard main cabin or higher. Flights on low cost budget carriers or unverified regional discount airlines are strictly prohibited.
-
Preferred Flight Time Window: Flight schedules must be booked within the preferred window of ten o clock AM to three o clock PM to avoid peak traffic delays, late night airport hazards, and transit exhaustion.
-
Excess Luggage and Equipment Fees: The client is strictly responsible for covering all airline baggage and excess equipment fees required to transport cameras, lighting gear, tripods, and production tools safely to and from the destination.
-
Comfortable Hotel Lodging and Ground Transit: The client is responsible for covering single occupancy individual hotel lodging at safe, comfortable, highly rated commercial hotel properties. Covered ground expenses include rental cars, rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft, airport parking, highway tolls, and a flat daily meal per diem.
Mandatory Buffer Days and Shooting Schedule Protocol:
-
Pre Shoot Arrival Buffer Day: The client must fund travel arrangements that arrive at the destination location one full calendar day prior to the scheduled shoot or mentorship session. For example, if filming takes place on Monday, travel funds must cover an arrival flight on Sunday to eliminate transit delays and guarantee an on time production start.
-
Post Shoot Departure Buffer Day: The client must fund travel arrangements that depart one full calendar day following the completion of filming. For example, if filming ends on Thursday, departure travel must be scheduled for Friday to allow for media offloading, exporting high resolution content files to external hard drives, equipment repacking, and final project wrap up without rushed timelines.
Daily Shooting Time Limits and Backend Working Hours:
-
Four Hour Maximum Daily Filming Cap: A standard on location production day consists of a single four hour filming block maximum to ensure maximum creative energy, optimal lighting conditions, and high quality execution.
-
Dedicated Backend Media Processing Time: Hours outside the four hour filming block are strictly reserved for post production tasks, including organizing raw media, exporting high resolution files to external hard drives, backing up footage, charging production equipment, and preparing initial content drafts. Clients do not hold access to creator time outside the official four hour production block.
-
Overtime and Additional Production Blocks: Filming beyond the four hour daily cap must be requested and approved prior to the shoot date and will be billed in advance at our standard hourly overtime rate.
Travel Delays, Weather Immunity, and Rescheduling Terms:
-
Complete Travel Disruption Immunity: Nina Unrated Media Brand carries zero liability or financial responsibility for travel delays, flight cancellations, train derailments, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather disruptions, or mechanical failures governed by third party transit companies.
-
Client Responsibility for Delay Expenses: If transit disruptions, severe weather, or airline delays extend the duration of the trip, the client assumes full financial responsibility for any additional hotel nights, extended vehicle rentals, flight change penalties, and daily meal expenses incurred.
-
Travel Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Production deposits and paid travel funds are strictly non refundable once tickets or lodging are booked. If a client cancels or requests to reschedule a destination shoot, the client assumes total responsibility for all airline ticket change fees, non refundable hotel penalties, and replacement travel costs required to rebook the trip.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

-
Calendar Availability Standard: Production dates book weeks and months in advance. Rescheduled dates are subject strictly to current calendar availability and will be assigned to the next available open slot at sole brand discretion.

-
On Location Arrival Balance Obligations: For live production shoots, the remaining fifty percent balance is due upon arrival on site before filming begins. If a client cancels on the day of the shoot or fails to provide the remaining balance upon arrival, the session is immediately cancelled, the deposit is forfeited, and any travel expenses incurred remain non refundable.
-
No Show Forfeiture: Failing to attend a scheduled virtual consultation, mentorship session, or live shoot without prior written notice constitutes an immediate no show, resulting in total project cancellation and forfeiture of all funds paid.
-

What happens if I need minor edits or changes to my videos?
To protect project timelines, ensure maximum creative clarity, and maintain precise delivery schedules, all video production packages include strict, structured editing guidelines. Prior to filming, project concepts, promotional goals, and featured business details are discussed and agreed upon to ensure complete alignment between both parties.
One Included Revision Round and Consolidated Feedback Rules:
-
Single Consolidated Edit Request: Packages include one single complimentary round of minor revisions. All requested adjustments must be submitted together in one single, comprehensive written email. Fragmented revision notes submitted across multiple text messages, direct messages, or separate emails will not be accepted.
-
Strict Seventy Two Hour Review Window: Clients have exactly seventy two hours from the time draft media is delivered via email to review the footage and submit their single consolidated list of minor adjustments. If no written revisions are received within seventy two hours, the video is officially deemed final, fully approved as delivered, and closed.
Definition of Minor Edits versus Major Re-Edits:
-
Approved Minor Revisions: Minor revisions are strictly limited to minor technical adjustments, such as correcting a text misspelling, adjusting on screen font positioning, or fine tuning audio volume levels using existing project assets.
-
Major Structural Alterations and Fee Structure: Complete creative concept shifts, changing chosen background music tracks, re sequencing video arrangements, replacing approved video clips, or adding new graphic overlays constitute major re edits. Major re edits require additional editing fees billed prior to execution.
Re-Shoots, Fresh Footage, and Final Project Sign Off:
-
No Re-Shoots Under Revision Terms: Revision rights apply exclusively to the raw footage captured during the original four hour production block. Requesting new footage, fresh venue angles, or updated product captures requires purchasing a separate filming block.
-
Final Deliverable Approval Sign Off: Once your single list of written revisions has been implemented and redelivered, the project is complete. Any additional edit requests submitted after the revised file delivery will require a separate editing fee.
Venue Lighting, Audio Environment, and Asset Delivery Terms:
-
Overhead Music and Audio Protection: To prevent copyright strikes, audio mutes, or stream interruptions on digital platforms, venue owners agree to mute loud overhead copyrighted background music during active filming blocks upon request.
-
Lighting and Environmental Standards: While professional portable camera gear is utilized, clients are responsible for providing reasonable physical access and workable venue lighting. Extreme environmental impediments or unsafe conditions on site do not extend the four hour daily shooting window.
-
Timely Delivery of Client Logos and Graphics: All official business logos, promotional website links, and specific offer text must be submitted in writing prior to or on the scheduled shoot date. Nina Unrated Media Brand holds zero liability for project completion delays caused by missing client collateral.
-
Third Party Intellectual Property Liability: The client guarantees that all submitted logos, trademarks, graphic images, and business details provided for inclusion in promotional videos are fully owned or authorized by the client. The client assumes total legal liability for any third party copyright or trademark disputes arising from provided business materials.
-
Commercial License Scope: Finished video media is licensed exclusively for display on official client social media accounts, websites, and internal marketing channels. Re-selling, sub-licensing, or distributing finished video files to external television networks or commercial media entities without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Who owns the media content after a shoot?
Nina Unrated retains absolute master intellectual property ownership, worldwide copyright, visual rights, and total creative control over all raw footage, photographs, audio recordings, final video edits, and digital assets produced during any session. Booking a business spotlight, mentorship day, or promotional shoot does not constitute a work for hire agreement and does not transfer ownership, copyright, or title of any media to the client.
Likeness Rights, Voice Protection, and Brand Identity Security:
-
Exclusive Ownership of Image and Likeness: All rights to the name, image, face, visual appearance, vocal tracks, personal identity, performance, and brand likeness of Nina Unrated remain strictly the sole proprietary property of Nina Unrated. The client acquires zero rights to sample, alter, isolate, synthesize, AI clone, generate deepfakes, or exploit creator likeness beyond the authorized finished media delivery.
-
Third Party Appearances and Venue Guest Releases: All media captured on location including venue staff, customers, location features, and background individuals is recorded under sole intellectual property ownership of Nina Unrated. The client holds zero independent ownership claims to crowd footage, guest appearances, or venue visuals captured during the production block.
Device Agnostic Production Ownership:
-
Capture Device Ownership Terms: Intellectual property rights, master copyrights, and creator likeness protections apply universally to all content created during the scheduled production window, regardless of whether media was recorded on personal mobile devices, creator equipment, or client owned devices. Any promotional media generated by or featuring Nina Unrated remains master property of Nina Unrated.
Limited Client Usage License and Distribution Restrictions:
-
Scope of Non Exclusive Commercial License: Upon full payment of all production fees, the client is granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to display and publish the final approved edited video across their official digital business platforms, including company social media pages and official business websites.
-
Prohibition of Resale Sub Licensing and Media Broadcast: Clients are strictly prohibited from re selling, sub licensing, syndicating, licensing, or distributing captured media to third party commercial entities, television networks, streaming services, or digital news syndicates without purchasing a formal broadcast commercial rights buyout agreement.
-
Protection Against Editing and Artificial Intelligence Manipulation: Clients may not edit, re cut, crop out brand watermarks, alter color grading, add unapproved overlays, or feed delivered video or audio assets into artificial intelligence software systems for derivative content creation.
