What is the difference between a Spotlight Feature and an In House Media Collection?

These are two completely distinct service packages designed for two entirely different marketing goals:

• Spotlight Feature (Public Network Promotion): A Spotlight Feature is a full promotional campaign where I personally visit your establishment, appear on camera, feature your business, and market your brand directly to my loyal audience. Content is produced and published across all official social media platforms affiliated with Nina Unrated Media Brand, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, Meta, Snapchat, Twitch, and any emerging network destinations added in the future. Features include official business tags, location details, phone numbers, and direct booking links to drive maximum public traffic to your business.

• In House Media Collection (Internal Brand Asset Creation): An In House Media Collection is strictly behind the camera content creation created specifically for your business to use on your own website, marketing materials, or social media channels. I act as your professional visual producer, capturing high quality raw video footage and photos of your venue, products, or team without my personal image or voiceover appearing on camera.

Important Legal, Privacy, Device, and Scope Terms:

• Raw Content Only (Zero Editing Included): In House Media Collection packages cover live content capture and raw asset handoff only. Standard packages do not include video editing, color correction, photo retouching, or final rendering. Customized editing, promotional Reels, or post production packages require separate service fees.

• Device Handling and Privacy Safeguards: To protect client privacy and sensitive personal data, clients do not unlock their devices or provide passcodes, PINs, or account credentials. Filming is executed strictly using the native camera tool directly from the lock screen. Nina Unrated Media Brand operates only the camera function and never accesses private files, messages, applications, or personal device data.

• Device Custody, Hardware, and Data Release: Clients assume full physical, legal, and financial responsibility for their personal production devices. Nina Unrated Media Brand is not liable for pre existing device defects, hardware malfunctions, software glitches, battery degradation, physical drops, screen damage, or data loss occurring during or after filming. Full custody, security, and data management responsibility immediately return to the client the moment their physical device is handed back into their possession.

• Storage and File Retention: On site media delivery relies on the client maintaining adequate internal device storage. Nina Unrated Media Brand carries zero liability for file archiving, data storage, or file retrieval once raw media has been recorded on the client device or transferred via AirDrop, external drive, or USB.

• Limited Commercial Usage License: For In House Media Collections, clients receive a non exclusive, non transferable license to publish delivered raw media strictly for their own internal business marketing. Clients may not resell, sub license, distribute to third party advertisers, or monetize raw media assets.

• Spotlight Network Archive Policy: Published Spotlight Features remain the permanent intellectual property of Nina Unrated Media Brand and remain archived across our media network at our sole creative discretion.

• Model Releases and On Site Consent: For In House Media Collections, the client establishment assumes full legal responsibility for securing all necessary personal consent and model releases from their staff, contractors, and patrons present during filming.

Can I have the raw footage or working files from a Spotlight Feature?

No. Under federal copyright law, Nina Unrated Media Brand retains sole and exclusive legal copyright, intellectual property ownership, and distribution rights to all raw video footage, photography, audio recordings, and master project files created during a Spotlight Feature session.

A Spotlight Feature package is a specialized promotional service that provides public marketing exposure across our media network. It does not transfer asset ownership, raw camera files, or master media rights to the featured business.

Important Intellectual Property, Likeness, Takedown, and No Refund Terms:

• Raw Media Assets Policy: Raw unedited footage, unused photo captures, audio tracks, and working project files are proprietary assets and will not be provided, sold, or transferred under any circumstances.

• Storefront, Logo, Signage, and Apparel Usage Rights: By scheduling a Spotlight Feature, the establishment grants Nina Unrated Media Brand an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to capture, display, and publish the establishment name, logos, storefront, signage, branded apparel, merchandise, and menus across our media network.

• Adult and Minor Likeness Disclaimers: Any business owner, employee, contractor, patron, or minor brought onto the set or permitted in the filming area by the establishment grants permanent, irrevocable consent for their physical image, voice, clothing, and likeness to be recorded and published. The client establishment assumes full legal responsibility for securing parental consent for any minors present on their premises during production.

• Aesthetic Preferences and Subjective Satisfaction: Creative decisions including camera angles, lighting, editing style, pacing, and personal appearance are at the sole creative discretion of Nina Unrated Media Brand. Disliking personal appearance, outfit choices, angles, or public audience comments does not constitute a service defect and will not qualify for partial or full refunds, billing credits, or free re shooting.

• Post Publication Takedown Requests and No Refund Policy: If a client requests the removal or deletion of a published Spotlight Feature due to personal preference, business changes, or public comment reactions, Nina Unrated Media Brand may accommodate the deletion request as a professional courtesy. However, all service fees remain strictly one hundred percent earned and non refundable. Deleting a post does not grant the client raw file access, copyright transfers, or re shooting rights.

• Approved Sharing Methods: Clients are encouraged to support their feature using native social media sharing tools, including official platform reposts, story shares, collaborator tags, and direct video links pointing to our official channels. Downloading, screen recording, re editing, or re uploading our copyrighted video files to outside channels without express permission is strictly prohibited.

What are the financial, venue, and product requirements for a commercial feature shoot?

To ensure a high quality visual showcase, all featured products, professional services, beauty or aesthetic procedures, menu items, production expenses, and venue logistics must be one hundred percent sponsored and covered by the establishment. For service, beauty, or culinary features, all necessary products and setups must be fully prepared and camera ready upon arrival.

Important Financial, Service, Safety, and Expense Terms:

• Zero Out of Pocket Expenses: The client establishment assumes complete financial responsibility for all featured products, professional services, aesthetic procedures, food, specialty drinks, sales tax, and service gratuities. In addition, the establishment must provide or fully reimburse on site parking, valet fees, and travel tolls. Nina Unrated Media Brand pays zero out of pocket expenses before, during, or after production.

• Service Safety, Sanitation, and Health Liability: The establishment guarantees that all facilities, tools, products, aesthetic procedures, and food items strictly comply with professional licensing, sanitation, and health codes. The client establishment assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the safety of all provided services, products, procedures, and consumables. Nina Unrated Media Brand retains zero liability for adverse reactions, infections, physical injuries, or health complications resulting from client provided goods or services, and reserves the right to seek full legal indemnification for any resulting damages or healthcare expenses caused by venue negligence.

• Dietary and Service Autonomy: Nina Unrated Media Brand retains absolute discretion regarding the physical testing, application, or consumption of any product, service, procedure, food, or beverage. While all provided items will be visually showcased, filmed, and photographed, the creator cannot be required to undergo invasive procedures, consume specific ingredients, or apply products against their personal discretion.

• Product Presentation and Quality Liability: Media captures reflect the exact service execution, product quality, and presentation provided by the client. Nina Unrated Media Brand is strictly a visual media producer, not a product stylist, and carries zero liability for unsatisfactory results, improper application, or poor presentation created by the establishment staff.

• Discretionary Takeaway and Ownership of Goods: All sponsored physical products, menu items, beauty products, and material goods provided for the shoot become the immediate property of the production team upon delivery. Nina Unrated Media Brand retains sole discretion to consume, retain, leave behind, or pack away any featured products or food items for takeaway without interference or additional fees.

• Service Flow and Operational Delays: All featured services, treatments, or products must be delivered in a timely, professional state. Operational delays, equipment failures, or prolonged service gaps count directly toward scheduled production time and do not entitle the venue to free extended filming hours.

Why do you use an iPhone instead of huge cameras and heavy studio lights?

In today’s social media world, smartphones are completely natural, familiar, and non threatening. Large production crews with bulky cinema cameras, heavy tripods, intrusive softboxes, overhead boom mics, and multiple crew members invade your space, create uncomfortable tension, and ruin the natural ambiance of your establishment. Big camera setups make everyday people, customers, and staff feel self conscious, anxious, and stiff on camera.

I intentionally shoot using a high end, fully optimized mobile production setup to give your business maximum creative authenticity and complete legal protection:

• Human Comfort and Authentic Energy: People are naturally comfortable around mobile phones. A mobile approach removes camera shyness, allowing me to capture natural reactions, unscripted moments, and genuine human energy that staged commercials simply cannot replicate.

• Elimination of Liability and Trip Hazards: Heavy camera rigs, trailing power cords, and large light stands create significant slip and trip hazards for your paying customers and staff. A lightweight mobile footprint completely eliminates equipment liability on your property.

• No Commercial Permit Disruptions: Large cinema equipment often triggers strict municipal filming permits, insurance mandates, and venue restrictions. A discreet mobile setup allows us to capture professional four K media without operational interference or regulatory delays.

• Maximum Mobility and Spontaneity: Without heavy gear locking us into one position, I can move freely throughout your space to capture dynamic angles, fast B roll, and spontaneous moments as they happen live.

Production Style Disclaimers:

Our production style is strictly centered on capturing organic, candid, and authentic establishment atmosphere. We do not provide staged, heavily rehearsed Hollywood cinematic productions. Background patrons and staff captured during ambient location filming are subject to general public location standards, and the establishment remains responsible for managing local guest notices as outlined in our venue terms.

Why do you ask to turn down background music while filming?

Commercial music, live performances, and broadcast audio trigger automated copyright detection systems across all social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and emerging networks. These automatic digital flags can cause promotional videos to be muted, restricted, demonetized, or removed entirely. Temporarily pausing or lowering background audio during speaking segments ensures your promotional content remains clean, audible, and live permanently.

Important Environmental, Audio, and Music Licensing Terms:

• Establishment Responsibility: Controlling interior background noise, loud overhead speakers, live DJs, televisions, radios, and ambient music is strictly the responsibility of the client establishment.

• Refusal or Failure to Adjust Audio: If an establishment owner, manager, or staff member refuses or fails to lower background music or turn off televisions during filming, production will proceed as scheduled. Full service fees remain completely earned and non refundable, and Nina Unrated Media Brand carries zero liability for compromised audio clarity, platform mutes, or copyright flags resulting from unadjusted venue audio.

• Environmental Ambient Noise: Natural location acoustics, outdoor traffic, building machinery, HVAC systems, and public environment sounds are inherent factors of on site production. Unavoidable location noise does not constitute a service defect or qualify for free re shooting.

• Client Supplied Audio and Music Liability: If a client requests or supplies specific music tracks, sound effects, voiceovers, or audio files to be included in their content, the client guarantees they hold full legal ownership or proper commercial licensing for those assets. The client assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any copyright claims, takedown notices, or legal disputes arising from client supplied media.

• Third Party Platform Copyright Shield: Social media copyright rules, platform algorithm updates, and automated digital muting systems are governed entirely by third party tech companies and remain strictly outside our control.

• Re Shoot Policy: Audio mutes, copyright notifications, platform restrictions, or environmental noise issues do not entitle the client to full or partial refunds, billing credits, or free re shooting sessions.

 

What platforms will my business be featured on and how are posts shared?

Unlike standard content creators who charge premium rates for a single post on a single social media page, Nina Unrated Media Brand maximizes your reach by distributing your content across my entire active multi platform network at zero additional charge.

Promotional content is cross distributed across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, X, and any emerging social media platforms or media channels added to my network in the future. I maximize your exposure by turning our production session into multiple short form videos, feed posts, channel Shorts, video Reels, and YouTube Community updates to give your business maximum online visibility.

How Content is Shared and Tagged:

Where platform features allow, I invite your official accounts as a post collaborator, tag your business handles, and include key contact details such as your business name, physical location, phone number, website, or booking link directly in descriptions so potential customers can connect with you immediately.

Important Distribution Terms and Viral Public Sharing:

• Story Expiration: Ephemeral story formats, including Snapchat Stories, Instagram Stories, and Facebook Stories, expire automatically after twenty four hours per native platform functionality.

• Platform Collaboration Eligibility: Account tagging, location tags, and official collaborator status depend strictly on the client maintaining active, public, and unrestricted social media accounts. Nina Unrated Media Brand is not liable for missing tags or disabled feature capabilities caused by client account settings or platform restrictions.

• Viral Public Redistribution: Once content is published online, public sharing, downloading, screenshots, video stitching, third party reposting, blogging, and audience resharing are standard internet actions. Nina Unrated Media Brand has zero control over third party resharing, outside website features, or public audience reactions, and carries zero legal liability for how internet users or external media outlets syndicate, repost, or comment on public content.

• Network Rights and Future Platforms: Nina Unrated Media Brand reserves full creative discretion to select posting formats, release schedules, and network destinations, including expanding syndication to any future digital platforms without requiring contract updates.

 

Do you guarantee specific view counts or sales results?

No. Nina Unrated Media Brand offers no promises, expressed or implied warranties, or assurances regarding view counts, viral exposure, algorithm performance, audience engagement, customer inquiries, or sales revenue.

Social media algorithms, platform distribution rules, and viewer actions are controlled exclusively by independent third party tech platforms and are subject to real time changes beyond our control. Additionally, converting public media exposure into foot traffic or paying clients depends entirely on the client business model, customer service, pricing structure, and product quality.

Under no circumstances will lower than expected view counts, algorithm fluctuations, audience engagement levels, or lack of direct sales revenue entitle a client to full or partial refunds, billing adjustments, or free additional filming sessions.

Our scope of service is strictly defined as delivering independent creative effort, high quality mobile production execution, and professional business conduct. Every project is approached with maximum creative care, dedication, respect, and positive energy, but final public reach and commercial outcomes remain entirely without warranty.

Will your filming interfere with my operating hours or guests?

My production footprint is small, mobile, and discreet, designed to blend into your daily operations. To ensure your promotional content is clean, high quality, and protected from online copyright issues, we coordinate a quick and smooth production plan:

• Strategic Timing: Live speaking promotions are best filmed during your establishment's slower hours or during a quiet window. This ensures crisp, clear audio without heavy background noise. (If you prefer filming during peak hours to capture busy atmosphere and crowd energy, we can easily capture visual B roll and overlay voiceovers instead).

• Background Music Adjustments: During speaking segments, background music must be paused or turned down very low. Commercial music triggers automatic copyright flags on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, which can cause your promotional video to be muted or blocked. Music can be turned right back up the moment speaking segments wrap.

• Visual B Roll and Product Shots: Background music levels do not affect visual B roll, product close ups, master shots, or general venue atmosphere filming.

• Designated Filming Area: We work with your management to choose a well lit, low traffic area within your establishment that keeps walkways open and guests comfortable.

• Dim Lighting Adjustments: In dimly lit venues like lounges or bars, temporary light adjustments or small LED fill lights may be used so your products look sharp and vibrant in 4K.

• Guest Privacy and Location Notice: The establishment is responsible for managing guest privacy preferences and posting standard filming notices if required. Guests who prefer not to appear in background shots should be seated outside the primary filming area.

• Staff Readiness and Safety: An authorized owner, manager, or point of contact must be present during the shoot to coordinate details. All back of house B roll filming strictly respects establishment safety, health, and operational rules.

 

How fast will I receive content or see my posts go live?

Turnaround times depend strictly on the service package booked and device compatibility:

• In House Cell Phone Footage on Client Device: If I film directly using your personal mobile device during our shoot, delivery is instant and you walk away with zero wait time. Clients must ensure their device has adequate available storage space prior to filming.

• In House Media Collection for Client Use: If I film using my production gear for your internal business use, AirDrop transfer on site is strictly subject to your device having sufficient storage capacity. If your device lacks available memory or file sizes require studio offloading, footage will be transferred to a drive at my studio, adding 24 to 72 hours to delivery. Clients requesting physical transfers must provide an empty compatible external drive or pay a media transfer fee.

• Spotlight Feature Posts: For promotional media created for my network, standard turnaround is 24 to 72 hours from the completion of filming until posts go live. A 12 Hour VIP Rush Delivery option is available for time sensitive grand openings or live events.

• Turnkey YouTube Channel and Website Builds: Custom channel and website builds take 7 to 21 business days.

 

Important Terms for Custom Channel and Website Builds:

The 7 to 21 business day delivery window begins only after you have provided 100 percent of all required setup materials, including channel name, about description, branding preferences, logos, photos, and necessary login access.

Custom builds include one free round of minor revisions. Major design overhauls or additional revision rounds will extend the delivery timeline and require additional service fees.

To maintain production momentum, clients must submit all required setup assets within 30 days of booking. Failure to provide complete materials within 30 days will place the project on official hold status, and resuming production will require a project reactivation fee with zero cash refunds.

Important Booking, Technical, Environmental, and Intellectual Property Terms:

• Client Technical and Environmental Readiness: Clients are strictly responsible for securing a stable internet connection, strong cellular signal, fully charged device, and a quiet, professional, distraction free environment prior to the call start time. Joining calls while driving, in loud public spaces, or over unstable connections compromises session quality. Technical disruptions or background noise on the client end count directly toward scheduled session time and do not qualify for refunds or make up calls.

• Single Participant Session Boundary: Virtual mentorship fees cover consulting for the registered client only. Bringing unauthorized third parties into the call to receive unpaid group coaching is strictly prohibited unless pre approved in writing.

• Punctuality and Late Arrival Policy: Scheduled sessions begin and end strictly at the confirmed booking times. If a client joins late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and missed minutes will not be extended, credited, or refunded.

• Strict Email Only Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule a virtual session without forfeiting your booking fee, clients must provide at least twenty four hours advance written notice strictly via official business email. Direct messages on social media, text messages, or informal comments are not recognized as official notice.

• No Show and Fee Forfeiture Policy: Unexcused absences, failing to join within fifteen minutes of the start time, or failing to provide twenty four hours written email notice constitutes an immediate no show. No show sessions are strictly non refundable and result in total fee forfeiture.

• Proprietary Content, Privacy, and Zero Recording Terms: All mentorship frameworks, branding systems, website concepts, and strategic advice shared during calls remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nina Unrated Media Brand. Screen recording, audio taping, filming, or publicly distributing virtual sessions without express written consent is strictly prohibited by law.

• Disclaimer of Guarantees: Mentorship provides professional marketing tools, strategic instruction, and branding guidance. Individual revenue growth, viral reach, and audience conversion depend entirely on client execution, consistency, market demand, and third party platform algorithms.

Group rates are fixed packages; if fewer employees attend than the contracted capacity limit, no partial refunds, rate reductions, or billing credits will be issued.

• Strict Capacity Caps: Workshop capacity limits are strictly enforced. Additional uncontracted staff members will not be permitted into the training area without upgrading to the next workshop package tier prior to the session start.

• Trade Secret Protection and Non Commercialization: All training structures, camera techniques, workflow systems, audio settings, and editing frameworks taught during mentorship sessions constitute protected trade secrets and proprietary intellectual property of Nina Unrated Media Brand. Completion of a workshop grants attendees a limited license to create content for the client establishment only. It does not grant participants or business owners the right to teach, certify, package, resell, or commercialize the curriculum to third parties.

• Strict Anti Recording and Confidentiality Enforcement: To protect proprietary training methodologies, live audio recording, video taping, screen recording, or voice note capturing during mentorship sessions is strictly prohibited. Any participant caught recording the workshop will cause immediate termination of the session without refund, and unauthorized media captures will be subject to legal enforcement under intellectual property laws.
