What services do you offer?
I offer Restaurant and Business Feature Shoot, Event Content Creator, Strategy Consultation, 1 on 1 Creator Mentorship, the Grow Your Brand 4 Session Pack, YouTube Spotlight, and Turnkey YouTube Channel Setup. Every service is designed to help your business look its best and reach the right audience.

What is the difference between a Feature Shoot and an Event Content Creator?
A Restaurant and Business Feature Shoot is a planned content session focused on your business, your space, and your story. We capture photos and video you can use across your website and social media. An Event Content Creator covers your live event as it happens, capturing the energy, the guests, and the key moments in real time.

Do you work with businesses outside of restaurants?
Yes. Restaurants and food culture are a big part of my platform, and I also work with many other kinds of businesses, including salons, boutiques, wellness and medical aesthetic practices, hotels and luxury stays, nightlife venues, and more. If your business is a good fit for my brand, I would love to hear from you.

What is the Strategy Consultation?
The Strategy Consultation is a focused 1 on 1 session where we talk through your goals, your brand, and the best content plan for your business. It is perfect if you are not sure which service is right for you or you want expert direction before you book a shoot. The consultation is $125.
 

Booking and Payment

How do I book?
New here or not sure which service fits? Start with a Strategy Consultation. It is a 30 minute session for $125 where we talk through your goals and I recommend the right service. Book it through Book Online.

How much does it cost?
Shoots are $250 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. The Strategy Consultation is $125. Pricing is firm and I do not offer discounts. Every rate reflects the planning, production, and editing that go into professional content.

Do you require a deposit?
No. Full payment is due at the time of booking. There is no pay later option and no discounts. The Strategy Consultation is $125 for 30 minutes and must be booked through Book Online. Consultations cannot be booked by email or text message.
 

What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are nonrefundable. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. All reschedule and cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@ninaunrated.com. No shows forfeit the booking in full. If I need to cancel for any reason, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
 

Shoots and Deliverables
 

What do I get from a shoot?
You receive professionally shot and edited photos and video from your session, delivered in formats that are ready to post on your website and social media. Your exact deliverables depend on the package you book and will be confirmed before your shoot day.
 

How long until I receive my content?
Turnaround times vary by package and project, and your delivery timeline will be confirmed when you book. If you have a deadline, let me know up front so we can plan around it.
 
Can I request changes?
Yes. Every shoot includes one round of minor tweaks. Please send your revision requests within 72 hours of delivery by email to info@ninaunrated.com. Requests sent after 72 hours may be billed as additional edits.
 
Do you shoot on a professional camera?
No. I shoot everything on my iPhone. I do not own a professional camera. I do use professional microphones and lighting to make sure the audio and picture look their best, but every photo and video is shot and edited on iPhone.
 
Mentorship and YouTube Services
 
What is 1 on 1 Creator Mentorship?
1 on 1 Creator Mentorship is personalized coaching for creators who want to grow with intention. We work through your content strategy, branding, and platform growth in focused private sessions tailored to where you are now and where you want to go. Sessions are $500 for 2 hours.
 

What is the Grow Your Brand 4 Session Pack?
The Grow Your Brand 4 Session Pack is $1,000. It is a bundle of four 1 on 1 mentorship sessions that take you from scattered posting to a clear brand strategy. Across the four sessions, we refine your niche, your content pillars, and your growth plan. To buy it, go to Book Online, open 1 on 1 Creator Mentorship, and choose Explore Plans.
 

What is YouTube Spotlight?
YouTube Spotlight puts your business in front of my YouTube audience with a dedicated feature video, including 30 days of rotation. I highlight your business, your story, and what makes you worth visiting. It is $500 for a 2 hour shoot.
 

What is Turnkey YouTube Channel Setup?
Turnkey YouTube Channel Setup is $1,000 for a 4 hour session. It is a done for you service where I build out your YouTube channel from the ground up, including branding, channel structure, and the foundational setup you need to start publishing with confidence.
Travel, Changes, and Results
 

Do you travel?
Yes, I travel for bookings. Travel fees apply for locations outside my local service area and will be quoted before you book, so there are no surprises.
 

What if I need to reschedule?
You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Send your request in writing to info@ninaunrated.com and I will confirm your new date. No shows forfeit the booking in full.

Professional content puts your business in the best possible light and gives you powerful material to attract new customers. No creator can guarantee specific results, but I promise high quality content, honest promotion, and a genuine endorsement of businesses I believe in.
